i'm happy to report that cbc.ca still has it's oddities directory! today i was surfing through the site and was reading about the world's tallest man and noticed that the directory is still alive and well.
i originally blogged about this directory when i read an article on a blind car mechanic who had a deaf apprentice. sadly, i think the cbc has rearranged their article archiving system because the link to the cbc piece doesn't work anymore and i can't seem to find it when trying to do a search.
still, there are enough entertaining reads from this directory that can be navigated from the 'diversions' link. more oddities here!
